Pratyahara Meditation

The real supernatural experiences will start in ashtamga yoga by the development of prathyahara. Prathyahara means turn our consciousness inside. Everybody knows this, but how?. This is the relevant question for modern yoga masters. They practised asanas well but least knowledge of “yogaschaiththavruththi nirodhana” (stop the mind ) . They are not learned yama and niyamas through a meditative internal path. They learned through this through the mind. Anyting we can learn through mind except how to stop mind. We cannot learn to stop mind through the mind. That is pure practise.
What is our “ahara”? (food).Which we are collecting all things through our sense organs are the real food. First we should purify these all foods. For that we should purify our videos, friends, situations, audios, touches, smells everything to get good inputs. Then our consciousness will rise and select healthy aharas(foods) for senses. Then the sadhaka can stop the mind through the knowing of senseorgans.Then can understand the silence of the mind and the conscious stage. Then yogi will enter in to the land of energy circuits of the world. He will get the capacity to find out the real negative or positive energies behind this world’s all types of the foods. Then everybody can experience the strong burning negative energy in coloured snacks and sweets. He cannot eat that. Then the curiosity will effortlessly vanish. In the same rout, all other sense’s curiosity also will vanish. Through that, naturally our concentration will come from outside to inside. Then it will leads to dharana ,dhyanam and Samadhi. This will leads to the wellness and the explosion of the divine energy of happiness. Question based on the basic desire

Q :-Dear Sree. Greetings! I had a divorce 2 years back and have not
resorted to any physical relationship since then have controlled
my urge since then due to the fear of STD and HIV / AIDS.
However - I am very intelligent and spiritual also. And honestly -
there is a lot of sexual energy and sexual desire tapped in me.
All that energy is currently getting wasted and is thrown out as
frustration and anger.
I wish to channelize this energy correctly to reach the higher self.
Resisting my urge and need for a physical relationship in absence of
a partner and fear of STD - AIDS is acting as a barrier and a
distraction towards reaching the higher self - higher being.
I have been resisting it and can exactly experience the energy
Controlled transforming to negative energy.
And it’s also disturbing me a lot. Can you help me in channelizing
it in the correct direction? Any suggestions - thoughts of using
this tapped sexual energy in the positive way by Tantra?
I have been resisting it not because I am against it or its good or
bad but because I fear getting a disease like STD or HIV - AIDS.
No one can be trusted in today's world. How can such a problem
be overcome? SEX is nice to have but what of the danger of
contracting any diseases in that process? Shall be grateful to you

Sex is the innermost bounded feel of human being. The desires to experience the world through sense organs are the basic motive of our life. The power of manifestation through tantra.
The meaning of our life is a thirst to fulfill something which has related to happiness. Every creatures of the universe are dedicated to experience the enjoyment through sense organs. The energy behind the body is intended to experience the same from this world, but it is not fulfilling. Whenever he tries to attain his goals then he faced big opposite reactions. Even though always the creatures continuous their effort to fulfill their dreams. Then some reactions are positive and some are negative as per the wish of him. This decides by the mind or dream of the creature. The universe is not giving positive or negative. The world is just reacting for the frequency of the brain. There is only one energy is playing the whole drama. If I am a farmer the lack of water is a negative energy, but if I am a business man of water bottle, that is a very positive energy. The rain is not concerning the above interests. Normally people praying to avoid or give rain.The rain is not caring this. Then we are helpless, but tantra giving the higher frequency level to understand the system and timing of the rain or flow of universal life. Then one person can understand to sow and reap in correct time before dryness. Then there is no need of planning or thinking, because we can clearly see what we have to do for great life success. The process can call ‘consciousness empowering’. Then our goal and universal goal will come to a perfect union. The both energy will merge and start to run as a flow of one direction. The meeting with Master

The meeting with Master is very powerful in the starting stages. After sometimes disciple starts to get bore, because the guru says the repetition of the same thing. Student gets a feel that, ”I know these things .Still I have all knowledge of this man. I need more things to know”. So people are wandering from guru to guru. From one book to another book. Nothing will happen. How it will happen?, because these people are thirsty to fill their brain with knowledge, and not to supposed to attain experience something through experiment. They are concentrated only in knowledge and not in experiences. The whole life they were practicing the same system from the school academic system. Their sub conscious mind thinks that the key point of wisdom of spirituality is the same by hearting. So they are by hearting Sanskrit books, Khoran or bible through their hard working. The real guru is always trying to give experiences to his students.Not concepts or bookish knowledge or systems to belive.
Tantra says that, the path to eternity is not oriented with knowledge; it is based on experiment with our own life then experiance. There are not big things to do but only have the small things to do continuously. We can see some marks or scratches on old rocks in front of some old houses, which are created by the roof water drops. How some water drops can create scratches on rocks. These are creating by the continuous process of a small process. Tantra leads through the same practical ways to raise our brain vibration through the power of subconscious mind to manifest our eternal life through some practical expiriments. So according to a real seeker it will help that more practice under an experienced guide than by hearting big holly books.An experianced master can save lots of time of the seecker.
